About the Role
Lead the coffee program for a high-volume Newstead venue. You will dial in single origins, coach casual staff, and maintain equipment to manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities
- Open/close procedures and cash handling oversight
- Maintain grinder recipes and cleaning schedules
- Collaborate with kitchen on brunch service pacing
Requirements
- Demonstrated specialty coffee experience
- RSA and Food Handler compliance
- Weekend availability with two rostered days off
